The simplicity of “peace vs. chaos” is so applicable. It was interesting to see today after reading this at the beginning of the day, where (head and heart) led/ guided each decision, even the smallest decisions. Each (most) leading to outcomes that truly felt good.

As someone who's been working on not overthinking, I really loved the simplicity of asking ourselves the question, are you moving towards peace or chaos when we feel resistance or doubt. I can't get any easier than that.
And as someone who moves in the creative space, this line really captured my heart.
"Creativity is the output of trusting your instincts; moving energy from your soul to the physical without a blueprint to start." So good!
